TERMS OF SERVICE
Last updated: September 20, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you and Wutz Poppin’ LLC, an Indiana limited liability company (“we”, “us”), covering the Wutz Poppin’ app and wutzpoppin.com (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live if you’re using it for business (for example to list events). Some events are restricted to 18+ or 21+; that’s between you and the venue or ticket seller, and you’re responsible for meeting those requirements.
3. Your account
- Give accurate information and keep your password private. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.
- One person per account. Don’t impersonate anyone or create accounts to evade a suspension or block.
- You can delete your account any time from Profile → Delete Account. We can suspend or remove accounts that break these Terms.
4. What the Service does — and doesn’t
- Discovery only. Wutz Poppin’ shows events, hotels, and other users’ posts on a map. We don’t sell tickets, take bookings, or process payments. When you tap “Get tickets” or “Book now”, you go to a third-party site, and your purchase is a contract between you and that seller under its terms, prices, and refund rules.
- Affiliate disclosure. We may earn a commission when you buy through those links, at no extra cost to you.
- Information can be wrong. Event times, prices, age limits, availability, hotel details, and walking distances come from third parties or are estimates. Confirm before you travel or buy. Events can be changed or cancelled without us knowing.
- Beta. The Service is in beta and may change, have bugs, or be unavailable. It’s currently free. If we ever add a paid plan we’ll tell you first and won’t charge you without your agreement.
5. What you post
You’re responsible for anything you post — pins, statuses, check-ins, chat messages, submitted events, and profile details. Posts and chat messages can be seen by other people as described in the Privacy Policy, so don’t post anything you wouldn’t want seen.
You keep ownership of your content. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it inside the Service so it can work, and you confirm you have the right to post it.
6. Rules
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Don’t post or do any of the following:
- Harassment, threats, bullying, hate speech, or content that demeans people for who they are.
- Sexual content involving minors (any — we report it to authorities), or sexually explicit or graphic violent content.
- Illegal activity, including selling drugs, weapons, or counterfeit tickets, or organizing illegal events.
- Spam, scams, or misleading promotion; fake events or fake locations; impersonation.
- Other people’s private information (such as home addresses or phone numbers) without their consent, or stalking someone using the map.
- Anything that breaks the law or another person’s rights, or that scrapes, disrupts, reverse-engineers, or attacks the Service.
7. Reporting, blocking, and moderation
You can report a message or block a user by pressing and holding a chat message. We review reports and may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or remove accounts, with or without notice. We aren’t obligated to monitor everything, and we don’t promise to catch every violation. To report something you can’t report in the app, email wutzpoppin2026@gmail.com.
8. Promoters and venues
If you submit an event, you confirm you’re authorized to promote it and that the details are accurate. We can edit, decline, or remove any listing. Listings are currently free; if we introduce paid promotion we’ll describe the terms before you pay.
9. Safety when you go out
Wutz Poppin’ shows where things are happening; it doesn’t vouch for events, venues, hotels, or other users. Use your own judgment when meeting people or going to places, especially at night, and look after yourself and your friends. In an emergency call your local emergency number.
10. Our property
The Service, including the name, logo, design, and software, belongs to us or our licensors. You may use it as permitted by these Terms, but you may not copy, resell, or exploit it. Ticketing, mapping, and hotel names and content belong to their owners. If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate, or that any event, price, or booking will be as described.
12. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service, other users’ content or conduct, or purchases made on third-party sites. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 or what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which today is nothing, because the Service is free). Some places don’t allow certain limits, so parts of this may not apply to you, and nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
13. Indemnity
You’ll cover claims and reasonable costs that arise from your content or your breach of these Terms or the law, to the extent the law allows.
14. Ending things
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if we need to for safety or legal reasons, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as content licenses already granted, disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law) do.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms. If a change is material we’ll update the date above and, where it matters to you, tell you in the app or by email. Using the Service after a change means you accept it.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Indiana, except where your local consumer laws require otherwise.
